Experience from both sides of aesthetics.
Carlos Roman has spent more than 15 years inside the aesthetics and wellness industry — not adjacent to it, not observing it, but inside it.
As a practice owner and operator, he built, managed, grew and sold aesthetic businesses. As an industry-side executive, he worked in sales, business development and education across lasers, professional skincare and injectables.
That combination means he has sat on both sides of the table.

- The industry side — Lasers, technology, skincare, injectables, sales, training, education, business development.
